I've used this location for a few months now because its convenient to my work. My first issue was while I was going through the car wash and one of the cleaning rollers comes on and grabs a ladder someone was using to close to the roller and slams it into my door and leaves a nice dent/ scratch. Secondly I decided to cancel my monthly membership BEFORE my next month was due and was charged for it anyway and then told to call corporate and not only does this locations phone number not work but you have to leave messages with the corporate # and shocker no one ever calls you back! Super unprofessional and had to get my bank involved to refuse these charges. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Car was not completely cleaned and I watched as 2 other workers refused to help the gent working on finish up my car.
They always do a good job for me - highly recommend the manager special especially on Wednesdays when it is 25% off
This the second time I've signed up for the monthly membership canceled it on time and they still charge me. I go into the same place to get a refund and they tell me I have to call corporate but the phone's aren't working at corporate. So the guy behind the counter tells me to email corporate but he can't tell me the corporate email address. This is bull and and I want my 44.99 back. They don't even clean the inside of your car other than vacuum. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE CROOKS
