I usually see Dr Elieff for the last 13yrs but today I had to be seen quick. I went to the Frisco office and was seen by Dr. Dwyer. She was so personable, professional, sweet, knowledgeable and took her time. As I was nervous to see a different doctor, she instantly gave me a calming feeling! Great experience!! Also the ladies at the front desk were very kind and professional!

Everyone was so professional and Dr. Dwyer was so patient, explained my condition in detail. Her assistant was very polite and helpful. I will certainly recommend them to my family and friends.

I honestly wouldn't come to this location. I have had 3 visits and I am still having the same issue with my eye. Dr. Wang is nice, but the visits with him are less than 15 minutes with a wait time that averages an hr and 15 minutes-1.5 hours. I'm not asking to spend 30 minutes with me, but on my first visit, I honestly couldn't tell you what was wrong with my eye if I didn't ask him to slow down and explain why my eye was so dry. Again, the wait times are unusually long and the office is overcrowded because they overbook. With COVID spreading like wildfire, it's unnerving being around all of those people at once in such close proximity. I really don't want to keep exposing myself to so many people and I'm tired of paying for visits with no solution to my eye issue. I will have my month check up soon and if there is no solution, I'll be going to another facility.
