Customer service was great. Tech was on time and did a great job installing the water system. Cleaned up after himself and answered all my questions I had. The water is much softer and taste much better then the city water. It also helped with not having the hard water stains in my shower. Thank you North Texas Water System for doing such a great job!!

If you are looking for a company to re-plaster your pool, stay away from this company. The build of additional features went smoothly, but after the re-plaster, the company never came back to check on pool and help brush and now the plaster is badly stained. When Richard finally called back he said to keep pH very low and brush everyday. They did nothing. I had 2 other remodel companies look at my pool and both said that the start up after plastering was not performed properly. Neither could believe that this company never came back and checked pool chemistry and brushed the pool. Stay away from these people! I wish I had read the reviews. They don't deserve a 1 star.
So satisfied with this company. They were very polite. Very professional and finished at reasonable time. Left the job very clean, neat, like they were never there. Happy to have refreshing water to drink. Clean water free of carcinogens.
This guy Richard is one rude guy....dont know what he does in that place but when I called the first time he hang up on me and then when i called in the second time I said Hello we got disconnected and he reply and I quote \ No I hang up on you cus i dont know who you are and i dont usually talk to people\ If he is an employee he shoulnt be there, but if hes the owner.....That place shouldn't exist!
So happy to have great tasting water and the people at North Texas Water was helpful. They were so professional and worked in a timely manner to complete the Job. So glad I chose this company to work with.
