I bought a new Dell computer and received it on March 5 2016. It started acting up almost immediately. The dell support team tried to fix it and sent a tech out. They replaced the hard driver and told me it could be the mother board and if I have any more problems call and ask for a replacement computer. I would set the computer to sleep and when it would wake up I had to re plug in my mouse on the back of my computer or shut down the computer completely and reboot it. so Dell sent me a new computer last Friday and it's doing the the same thing. what are the chances of this happening. It tells me this Dell XPS desk top 8900 has a problem. I had a Dell before and 8 1/2 years later I got this. I am dis-quested and think I am going to call an attorney.
I bought a laptop last year. I'm so glad I purchased the extended warranty although it shouldn't be necessary after only one year. I have been on the phone with Dell tech support at least 10 times and sent it in where I was told they replaced the motherboard. Before I sent it in it would only boot up if I removed the battery and put it back on. When I received it back it is so slow and freezes up all the time. I've told them repeatedly that I run a small business from this computer and it is useless to me this way. I a considering making a report to the Better Business Bureau not that I expect much to be done. I received a call back last night at a time other than I had requested so I called them this morning using the phone number and pin # I was given. I waited for 9 minutes for a representative and then got the message that they were unable to process my request and to call the same number back using the same pin.
Decent services but slow and overpriced.
This is the WORST Customer Service EVER!!!! I have spent 4 days and over 5 Hrs trying to get a screen replaced on my laptop...I have talked to 9 different people all of which say they will escalate me to a supervisor then hang up... I have a brand new Lap tops still under Warranty...I know the screen is not covered... I dont care I just want to order a part...I tried to call the corporate office to try to resolve the issue but the automated telephone just sends me back to the outsourced tech support in India and the Philippines.. I will never get another Dell!
