They were absolutely fantastic! They gave us a great price to remove a large Red oak in our backyard plus 2 smaller trees in the front yard. George was so responsive, professional, and very kind! They then came out the next day and removed everything in under 3 hours! On top performing quality work and being on time, they were incredibly professional. Parker Tree Service trimmed 2 very large trees on our property in Allen, TX. We have 1 red oak in our backyard and 1 live oak in our front yard. They were punctual, cleaned everything up when they were done, and were very kind and professional! Now they are treating my grass as well multiple times per year. I am a very happy customer!! We got three estimates from highly rated companies for a small job of pruning two large crepe myrtles. Prices were the same, but Mr. Parker was the only one who explained exactly how he would prune the trees to make them look better and be healthier. He showed us pictures of previous work and pointed out the poor pruning that had been done on our neighbors trees. Eduardo showed up on time and went right to work. We discussed what I wanted and what I didn’t want. He cut out a lot of small or dead branches with a trimmer on a long pole. Later I looked out the kitchen window and saw his feet four feet above the gutters. He climbed higher in that crepe myrtle than the squirrels did! He was really thorough about cleaning out the dead wood and branches that were rubbing other branches. The crepe myrtles looked just right when he was done. We are very happy. He did a perfect job of cleaning up. Parker Tree Service did the job as promised. The trees look great, with a better shape and no low hanging branches that were a hazard when cutting the grass. We were consistently getting smacked in the face. Looking forward to seeing the final result when the trees bloom.

George will come out and tell you exactly how stupid you are about Trees - and you will love it. George proves he actually knows something about trees and want the trees to be healthy and grow properly. The crew that came out took particular care with trimming and pruning the tree. They did not look like a team that just wanted to come by and hack everything and be gone in 30 minutes. They took their time to prune the tree properly and took the process like painting a picture. I was impressed. George will be my annual tree guy going forward.

Waited to post this review to see if the situation is rectified, but 5 months after it hasn't so I am posting this review. Hired Parker Tree service to clean up our trees and fence line of our 2.5 acre property. The agreement was for 10 people, 1 day of work. On day of service on February 3rd, only 7 workers came and the first cut did not happen until almost 10am. They were doing a great job until it started drizzling and they left before 3pm. The fence line was not even halfway done. Unfortunately, we trusted them to come back and finish because we thought they were reliable, so we paid them. Multiple times we have called them and were promised they will come back. It's now July 22, they have not come back and no refund of any amount issued.
