Great to see this store reopened! They are requiring masks and trying to be safe, which I appreciate! I get to visit a couple Peloton stores regularly and this is my favorite - great people! All the stores are great, but we have our favorites - just like the instructors. ;) I always feel better and leave smiling when I visit. Thanks, Peloton!
I finally ordered the peloton that I had dreamed of for a few years, November 14, 2020. I was given a delivery date in January - I was willing to wait. That delivery was pushed back not once but several times. We are now at the end of February 2021 & I just cancelled after they once again rescheduled my delivery, this time on the scheduled day of delivery! I am beyond disappointed with this company.
Purchased new Peloton bike in November for Christmas gift; was told 4 week delivery window; ended up being longer January 18th but I said okay. Now told March 5th! almost 2 months late. I tried to call the Plano store 10X's and the phone auto hangs up on me or an operator says "sorry application error has occurred, goodbye." I called the delivery team and they were not helpful at all telling me I will get a "real time" email when someone is going to deliver my bike...so is March 5th the real date? He said not sure, I will get an email to let me know real time??? Whatever that means so I have to be on standby for that possible email. Very disappointed and if this is representative of customer service for future needs; I'm not pleased. Most likely will be returning for full refund.
At first I was impressed with the store and the staff's knowledge. I ended up getting the bike and was excited to use it when I realized that the Look cleats in my current bike shoes are not compatible with the Peloton and need to be the Look Delta cleat. Would have been great if someone from the store would have told me that when I indicated I didn't need shoes and would use my own.
We had a great experience at the store! We met with Matt and he was very knowledgeable and helpful and took the time to answer all of our questions. The best part about it though, they aren’t pushy!! We went in to try the bike fully expecting to have to deal with annoying sales people. But he wasn’t. Basically gave us his card and said “Let me know if you have any other questions!”. So when we decided to purchase a bike we made sure to call in and get the bike through Matt. Very, very pleased!
So normally I don’t post anything at all but I saw a lot of reviews that suggested that this location was terrible. I actually had a GREAT experience. Me, my wife and child visited and the staff were great. Dillon helped us and was very knowledgeable about the product, fees, cost of ownership, and accessories if we were interested. We were not pushed and in fact did not make the immediate purchase decision right there. We were invited to take part in booking a ride and testing the product out as well. Not bad at all. I don’t know if they have changed there staff since the bad reviews but I have to say the guy we ran into today was GREAT. Go see Dillon. Not bad
