We just used the services from Pets Are Inn for the first time and \Wow!\ From beginning to end the service and communication were phenomenal! Add in the friendliness and professionalism of the owners, Donna & Allan and it made for an incredible experience with this business. You can tell that they really care about their clients. Our boy George is a rescue, and like many, is very cautious and fearful around the unknown. In all of our check-ins George looked happy & relaxed in his pictures. Due to the area we were in we had no cell or internet service so we ended up needing to check in at random & irregular times. Al always promptly answered the phone and quickly sent us updates. I really like the fact that they keep a detailed file on George's schedule, meals, walks, grooming (he needs brushed everyday!), and any medications/treatments and then make sure that they matched him with a foster that made sure his schedule & specific needs were well taken care of. Lastly, the cost for these services was really reasonably priced! Pets Are Inn or boarding in a kennel? For us it was a no brainer. This will always be our go to when we cannot take our boy with us. I am sooo happy with my dogs’ stay with Pets Are Inn. We were gone for almost a week and I think they had a fabulous time chasing squirrels in their host family’s back yard and receiving love in another home. I had no anxiety about them going and received updates and pictures while I was gone. It was a great experience!! Thank you Pers Are Inn!
I had seen the name Pets Are Inn for a number of years, and even checked out the website for more information. I just couldn’t get over not knowing where my precious fur kid was going to be as we had been using a facility that had cameras. But I finally broke down and gave them a call. Meeting Donna and Al was a family affair as they wanted to get to know all of us. Pets Are Inn gave me 20 references to ease my mind. Boy did it! I called or email each one and EVERY SINGLE pet parent responded back to me. That is how truly remarkable Pets Are Inn is. Our host family is AMAZING! If we decided to make trip plans, we check with Pets Are Inn first. But it all starts with the pick up – Alta instantly makes you feel comfortable – she is like a breath of heaven. That first day we were all nervous, but our girl took to Alta immediately and that told me everything I needed to know. We are a Pets Are Inn family for life – we would never consider going back to traditional pet lodging. We have 1000% confidence that the host families will go above and beyond to make everyone feel safe, love and cared for.
I can’t say enough great things about this team! The hosts for our beloved 4 legged family members are amazing. I never worry about Cora when I leave her With Pets Are Inn. Our Cora has been loved By the same host family multiple times and i can tell she has been well cared for and loved because she is eager to get in the transport van to go to her ‘vacation’ spot each time! This is the best decision we have ever made for the care of our dog!
