Have had a great experience so far. We moved into a new neighborhood and the sales guy came knocking. I had turned away a salesman from a different company because he was so rude. But this guy was great. He even gave us a deal on sealing our garage doors to keep out rats since there's so much new construction in the area. And our technician Johnny is AWESOME! I'd love to have him every time. Kind, knowledgeable, and personable.

I have been using Romex since I bought my house over 3 years ago. They have always been amazing. Especially Mike Bass! He is the technician who has come many times and I am very happy with him. He has become someone I trust around my home and in my back yard even if I’m not there. Trust with someone around my home is a big deal to me. Not only is he great about my routine upkeep, but he is always a happy helping hand when I have a random wasps nest or any hill. Romex is always fast to come take care of an issue which is very much appreciated. You can’t go wrong with Romex!

Johnny did superb job today. My husband was very pleased with his work and how informative that he was. He informed us about different products that we were supposed to have that we didn't and it came with our package. no one else who's ever came and treated our home informed us of this. We truly appreciate him for taking the time to let us know what we were missing and what was included with what we're paying monthly. I would prefer Johnny to be the only technician that comes out every other month for us.
