It was pretty good. The chicken strips were juicy and had flavor. The fries were seasoned good too! The honey mustard sauce was the one to use for sure! Customer service was good. Will definitely try again hopefully when COVID-19 is under control

Can’t stop thinking about the spicy chicken sandwich I had! It was so good, not too spicy. I’d say a 5 out of 10. I don’t really like fried chicken, but their chicken isn’t greasy and the batter is light. The fries were really good too- crispy on the outside soft on the inside. Only thing better than the food was the friendly staff! Can’t wait to go back!
My family and I just had our first experience at Roots. Dang that was some good chicken. The Spicy Bird sandwich is a must. The chicken thigh is tender juicy. The potato bread was so soft. The secret sauce and other condiments....incredible! Popeyes who?
I really enjoyed the food here. They serve one of the best chicken sandwiches and Kale salads I have ever tried. The workers were very pleasant and helpful. And they gave a lot of information regarding the food since it was our first time there. My friend and I loved it!!! We can't wait to visit again.....OAN: Legacy Hall is awesome...
Drove from DeSoto to Plano because I've heard good things about this place. Chicken tenders were good, even without the dipping sauces. My favorite was the sweet tea
