I usually have Excellent customer service at Sonic, regardless the location. The Sonic @ Spring Creek & Chase Oaks displayed extra value added service that I had not experienced before. I pulled into a drive-in slot and as I was looking over the menu a polite, friendly and helpful young man came up to my window holding a huge tray of condiments, napkins, straws, etc. & and asked me if I needed anything. Sometimes it's the small gestures! Sonic makes THE BEST Onion Rings! The bag in the pics is a large and they fill it up. These O Rings are handmade but I love the crispiness about them. Plus they have the perfect flavor of onion and not a deep fried hot mess. I will go out of my way to stop by and get these onion rings when we choose on another place to get burgers. That's how good these are!!
Having just left a funeral my husband and I just wanted drinks before the long drive home in pouring rain. 2 drinks, no big deal. The Cherry Coke had minimal cherry and the Sweet Peach tea was okay, but not very peachy. I look over this kind of stuff, because well, a bad mix can happen. However what has become a trend is really getting on my nerves. The carhop who brought the order upon receiving payment did not offer the change back to us. Just turned and said \Thanks\ as he walked away with a dollar tip on a 5 dollar exchange. I understand they don't get paid a lot, he would have been given the change anyway, however that is my money, my choice. Don't assume the change is yours. If a person wants to tip, that is their prerogative, not your entitlement.
Asked for extra extra cheese on my grilled chicken wraps. Got charged for it but it was definitely not on there!
