My 12-year old son & I did the live online cooking class. I thought the chef did a good job teaching the kids various things about the ingredients & procedures being used. The recipe (meatballs w/marinara) was well-chosen with a nice variety of techniques to learn about (grate, chop, boil, bake, saute, etc.) some good \hands-in\ interaction w/the food (meatballs), and something yummy they would want to eat at the end. The pacing was pretty good, a little fast, but there were places where he paused & you could catch up. The finished product was delicious!

Great experience! They had great procedures in place to deal with COVID. My son had a great time at the camp for baking and is eager to go to another again soon! The one thing I will comment on is that he did not bring any of the recipes home that they made. It would be nice for him to keep working on perfecting them here at home!
My son and I took the virtual Baking 101 class. It was a great spending time together and learning to do something fun while staying safe at home. Chef Edward was wonderful at explaining and he's pretty fun too! Would highly recommend!
My daughter has taken both an in-school camp as well as one of their summer camps and absolutely loved it. The staff is awesome and friendly. The camps are so cute and the goods the kids bring home are delicious! Highly recommend it here!!
