Take your business elsewhere. Calling them gets you nowhere... except to voicemail. I wasted two hours of my day this week because they were supposed to send a work order for labs. Never got sent over. Totally incompetent. If they are 'that busy' that it takes them over half a day to get back to you, they shouldn't be taking new patients.

I didn’t see the reviews before I scheduled an appointment, but so far my experience has been great. They’re flexible with the scheduling and they always answer the phone when I call. The doctor was very down to earth and easy to talk to. He helped me resolve my problems.

The most unreliable staff. We missed our first appointment for 7 minutes because they were so slow admitting patients. Our patient was bleeding and still they refused her for 7 minutes. The second appointment her chart was lost and it has been 80 minutes that we are waiting in waiting area and have not been called yet. I'm about to change my mind and take my 86 years old mom elsewhere. Seems like a trading market.

Absolutely horrible customer service! I have left multiple voicemails trying to make an appointment as I have an urgent medical issue that requires immediate attention. The staff refuses to return my call, says only 1 person in the entire office can make a new patient appointment, and apparently that person never answers the phone or returns voicemails. I pleaded for someone else to help me and was met with sarcasm and extreme rudeness. Do NOT give these people your business, time, or energy! Find a doctor that truly cares for their patients in need!

I have to agree with the first reviewer. The customer service is non existent. If it were not for Dr, Wierschem being an excellent urologist, I would have looked elsewhere for another center. I have had problems with scheduling appointments, getting blood work order and especially return phone call for years. All I can figure is the docs are not paying attention to their front office personnel and how poorly they treat their \customers.\ The same people have been there for years with the same terrible service. Returning a phone call seems like a big inconvenience for them. I will bet that reviews like these are never brought to the attention of the doctors.
