Contacted Glass Guru to get an in-glass dog door installed. Was met with a very quick and professional response, and even though my residence was slightly further than their service zone, I was happily accommodated. Within a day or two, an estimator was at my home, happy to take covid precautions, and ready to start the process. Mike was quick and gave me rough numbers before leaving and emailing the quote. Within no time at all, I was contacted again to schedule the installation. The installer was early, happy to take covid precautions, professional, friendly, (and most importantly to me) did an excellent job! I could not ask for more of the Glass Guru team I worked with, specifically Mike and Kevin. My family and I would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a glass guy.

This is a first rate company. I am so pleased I used them for two jobs I had in our new home. And I shopped around as we are new to Texas. They came on time each time. Quoted fair prices. Stuck to their prices. No surprises. I like no surprises! We had an in-glass doggy door and a transom above my office French doors. The craftsmanship of the product is outstanding. Check out the photos. Installed by Kevin and Mike perfectly and timely. And a shout out to Paula back at the office who keeps all the wheels greased. Great teamwork is evident in this company. We used The Glass Guru of Plano to replace fogged up windows in our house. Our experiences with everyone at The Glass Guru was incredible! They came out to consult with us on which windows we wanted to replace, measured the windows, explained the process, & we had a quote by the end of the day. Once we let them know we wanted to move forward, the installers came out for exact measurements & answer any questions we had. Our install was delayed due to rain, but Paula, in the office at The Glass Guru, quickly got us rescheduled. On the day of the actual install, Kevin & Nick showed up & got right to work! After just a few hours on 2 consecutive days, our new glass was in place! They even cleaned the glass! Wow, what a difference new glass makes! Everyone at The Glass Guru is personable, polite, & professional, while at the same time being friendly & down to earth! We plan to use them again for a few windows we missed the first time & to install new glass with a doggie door built in for our fur babies! Thanks to Nick & Kevin for letting us know such a thing existed! If you’re considering new windows, check with The Glass Guru of Plano first; you may just need to replace the glass! They will save you a lot of money over replacing the whole window!
Great guys to work with. Due to the pandemic and newly changed requirement to safe guard the patients and the team, we had to install clear separation sneeze guards at the front check in/out counters. Instead of plexi glass, I opted for clear tempered glass for the sneeze guard. Mike took the measurements and got the glass in a week, and brought to the office and helped me to put in the frame that I ordered. Everything went very smoothly. They were just overall nice guys. Always on time and courteous. They even send me a nice thank you card for working with them! Definitively will use them when I need to replace the foggy windows.
Kevin and Dominic did an outstanding job understanding my vision for my bathroom remodel, giving me options for mirrors and ensuring that the measurements for my mirrors were 100% accurate. I needed holes in the mirrors at an exact location for sconces to be added on top of the mirrors, and the mirrors were measured to perfection. Kevin and Dominic are courteous and kind, and I will be hiring them again in the future for all of my glass and mirror needs!
