Very happy today with our visit to Williamson Music 1st Frisco! They were very helpful and timely with strings and case replacement for our son’s violin (even tuned his instrument before we left), getting him squared away for class next week. Happy customers since 2015!

Best customer service. My daughter wanted to switch to a cello and the process was so easy. I was able to text chat with the store this morning to get the details hammered out. Came in at 345 in the afternoon and the gentleman that helped us made it painless and easy!!!!

Great service! I took my son’s oboe first a repair and they had it ready in two days. They called me as soon as it was ready and I was able to pick it up before closing time so he could use it again the next morning. Very good customer service!
