I've been training here for almost 2 years. I've had martial arts experience elsewhere and I have to say this is the most welcoming and enjoyable place to train! Our instructor, Sam, is very knowledgeable and patient. Whether you're looking for an after-school program for your kids or looking to train yourself, this is the place to be!

If you're looking to get into MMA or improve your skills (which you can always do) then I recommend this gym. The people here are knowledgeable, and likeable and overall it was a good experience. My first day was not a training session, but open mat, and I had a blast. I'm not sure how the other days are but I assume they will be great as well. Coming from someone who has loved fighting for years I'd really recommend this gym.

I came here and did a trial. Really enjoyed it. The teacher is a great guy, and will spend time with you individually if you want it. Few of the people that attended the class were also very nice. Will be signing up soon hopefully if my schedule permits me.
