Was there in early March, 2020 several times for bait. B J’s Bait & Tackle were quite helpful with fishing tips as I was fishing that area for the first time. I had purchased a Bait Cooler ahead of this trip and Owner(?) assembled it and made sure I knew how maintain it. That’s Service! Really appreciate a quality, honest tackle shop. Hope this Review helps you if you ever happen to win the area.

Great store and the guys in here are pretty knowledgeable. They only had small shiners both days I went in around 7am, but they were perfect and made for a fun day on the water with my buddies! I'll definitely be returning here next time i'm in town.

The last 3 times I've been here they've only had small shiners. I'm aware that I may not have the knowledge of any supply issues, weekend demand issues, current Covid related issues, or maybe it's just a case of bad luck, but most people only have time to fish on the weekends. If you run out of decent shiners by Saturday morning, there's an issue.
