I just renewed my lease today. After living here for nearly 14 months, I must say I am so happy living here with my family. Laura has from day one has been extremely helpful and professional since she showed me the unit from day one. I also must say Jasmine, Lucy and Kim are also extremely professional. I really do appreciate all of them. Shout out to the maintenance department who have also been extremely professional and courteous as well, BLESSINGS

My Girlfriend and myself had a bad experience living at Camden Plantation 554. We had a problem with the paint on both bathrooms, we asked them so many times to fix the problem and wait for them 3 months and they never show up to fix the problem, making us lose time of work and make us waiting for them 3 days for the days they said they are going to fix the problem. This problem was never fixed. Then we had a mold problem, we asked them to work on this problem and Ralph, the Maintenance Manager sent some people from Painting Express to work on the house, we trusted on their work and let them get into our apt while we were working due that we could see them through the camera we had, they workers disconnected the camera and painted the whole department and moved all personal thing and made a mess all over the house. We asked Melinda, the manager to provide the mold report several times and what they did into the department due the seem that they just painted the whole house and not treat the problem at all. She never provide the report requested. We had to sleep somewhere else for 2 nights due the the smell was too strong to stay there. They sent people to fix our personal things after that. We never receive people over to do an inspection for us to move out due that our lease was expired and we had to move, now we received and statement we damage fees that we were not even explained about it. We have emailed Melinda more than 3 times asking her for an explanation and she rather sent the outstanding balance to collections instead of get back to us with an answer. They are not profesional and treat people inappropriately with this kind of actions. See Pictures attached !

I’m a new resident of Camden. Moved in today.. so far so good! Everyone especially Tara & Lucy made the process very easy & they were very professional! Communicated every step of the process & made move in day the easiest thing possible especially considering we are still in a pandemic. I was able to tour the apartments & felt safe with the social distancing guidelines of Camden. The community is great. Neighbors introduced themselves as I was moving in. Very nice & friendly community. Everything in the unit seemed clean & taken care of. No complaints. Thanks guys for the great experience!

Camden seems like a decent place to live but they have a parking issue and a problem with a roundabout with cones that damages peoples cars. When you ask maintenance about it they not only are rude and instead of trying to work with the residents they put notices on their cars that don’t come off and when you have a jeep with plastic windows it means you’ve ruined the top.

After going through 3 different flooding Crisis with another neighbor and simply wasn’t getting no resolution until last month, I was so ready to be done with Camden. Laura helped me with everything I needed to transfer into a new apartment and although I was completely stressed out and aggravated. She was patient, sweet, professional and prompt. I felt so much better dealing with her and I would highly recommend using her as your leasing agent if you’re considering moving to Camden. Good customer service is very important to me and Laura gave me just that. A huge thank you also to Rachel Camden’s wonderful district Manager, she made a lot happen for me in just a few minutes and ensured I was a pleased & comfortable resident. Thank you to these Two amazing Women.
