I never write reviews, but my GREAT Experience compelled me to do so. Plantation Car Care has been recommended to me by many people that I know, all of different ethnicities and races. None have ever had a bad customer service experience or car issue that wasn't resolved. As for me, Carlos greeted me with a friendly hello and asked what was wrong with my car. He took it for a test drive to confirm the issue and had my baby working again in no time! You can tell he really cares about his customers and has a passion for cars! If your looking for an honest and trustworthy mechanic shop, Plantation Car Care is the place to go. Great Customer Service and Great Mechanics who have been doing this for years! I finally found a mechanic I can trust to take care of my 12 yr old baby. I highly recommend them!
My family and I have been taking our vehicles to PCC for maintenance and repairs since before it opened at the present location years ago. We know we can trust PCC to be competent in the repairs they do, to resolve vehicle problems quickly, and to always charge a fair rate. They are everything you could hope for but thought would be impossible to find in auto care.
