Horrible customer service that cant follow simple direction. Always have excuses, bad weather, system was down. And NO customer service available 24/7. Their business is only open Mon-Fri. No delivery on weekends! Was expecting a package- call customer service they said it was on the way but its been over 24 hours and still NO PACkAGE! Very bad customer service!!!

Not happy to see a driver pull in the EXIT of my gated neighborhood. I would not be writing this review if she chose to follow someone in illegally - I get why she’s trying to enter. But driving in the exit threatens the life of any homeowner attempting to leave at that exact moment. It also jeopardizes the lives of children playing on the streets in our safe neighborhood. This is unacceptable and this driver should be fired with Zero tolerance.

DHL LOST MY PACKAGE AND TOLD ME “OH WELL” contact the shipper. I ordered an item that was shipped via DHL express shipping. I received a text that my package was delivered. There was nothing on my doorstep so I tracked the package. I saw that a proof of delivery snapshot had been taken at my old address which was the billing address for my credit card. I drove to that address to find no package. One of the neighbors informed me that when the delivery driver noticed the house was vacant he took the package back on the truck. I called DHL to find out what was going on with my package and they claimed it was delivered but agreed to open an investigation anyway. Three days later I received a call from DHL. They told me that the package was originally sent to the billing address, but was now showing in their system as being delivered to the correct address yet they could not provide a new proof of delivery snapshot and I had not received the package to the correct address. I told them I had not received the package and they agreed to look into it further. The next day a woman left a voicemail telling me that the investigation into my missing package is closed and I need to contact the shipper not DHL for further assistance. A word to the wise, if you want to receive your order don’t have it shipped by DHL. If DHL is the only shipping option I will order from somewhere else or go without the item, since that’s what happens when you deal with DHL shipping

Worst DHL customer service off a customer services call center in Phoenix, AZ of a delivery company experienced. I will never use DHL Express again and tell every one I know in Cooperate do not use DHL Express 2000 employees company. Also my office starting January 15th 2021 will no longer use DHL Express or anyone of DHL services.
