I love Dr. Pollock !! He understands Hashimotos and diagnosed me correctly and I am so much better. It’s something I have to live with. It’s nice to have a Dr. that doesn’t think you are crazy.

Dr. Pollock is the BEST. After 25 years of diabetes, he has helped me get my numbers back to normal. I especially like his wonderful personality and the friendly staff. The best endocrinologist I've ever had!
I have now called his office 12 times. Friday 2 times, Monday 2 times, Tuesday 2 times & today Wednesday 6 times. Left messages with both his assistant & medical assistant. No one has yet called me back with my results. My symptoms aren't getting any better, in fact getting worse & I have no clue as to why I haven't been called back. I am beyond upset at this point with his office. Good luck getting your results from him & his staff.
I have been a paient of Dr. Pollock's since 2016 and while he's a great and attentive doctor, trying to get his staff to return a call is like pulling teeth. Him I'd give 5 stars to, but the service provided by his staff is terrible and they deserve 1 star. First off , they never answer the phone! I've been leaving messages for an appointment for almost a month and have had one call back after my first call. Unfortunately I missed that call and have had no response to my many messages. This morning was my last call and I'll be looking for another doctor!
He has a great personality. BUT, it's impossible when it comes to making an appointment or getting a person to answer the phone. Never returns calls no matter what number you prompt on his line.........!!!!! Unfortunately I can only rate him 1 Star..........
