I would NOT recommend Sandy. I have been a stay at home mom for over ten years updating my resume to get back into the workforce. What I didn’t like is her lack of professionalism and she seemed annoyed when asking her to explain things again. She wasn’t very open for suggestions and seemed to have a higher concept of her work than she should. For the price you pay, you deserve more patience and better service. Go elsewhere! In response to your accusations the one i believe is being unethical is you because you are now lying to make yourself look good. . I clearly told you that I would make the necessary adjustments myself once I could figure out accurate percentages to add to my experience since they would be an estimation. Resumes are editable you know! I am also not apologizing for being a mom of three and having a crying baby in the background and being upfront with you about how you made me feel at your rude sighs of impatience, that is not someone that is respectful, patient or professional and to top things off you didn’t even apologize for it. Great customer service! I thought the resume was fine but overcrowded and asked if you can shorten it a bit and you weren’t open for suggestions because you were too busy on your high horse thinking you know best. You may be able to talk your way pretty through writing other people’s resumes, but not on my review!

I went to Sandy after spending 8 years at my corporate job and needing to really highlight my accomplishments when applying for other jobs.
