Debbie Diving

Had a slip and fall accident. Called them. Was told I’d hear back ASAP. No ball back. Over a week or two later, I received a call. I mentioned to the girl that I was upset by the lack of follow through. She stated I’d receive a call from a partner firm. Nobody ever called me. It’s been months. Why advertise all over the place, yet drop the ball not once but twice.

Was in a car accident gave them a call for a consultation was told someone would call me back 2 days have past and not even a call. Sorry they lost my Business. Guess all the radio adds about caring guess that's not true. Won't call them again

I am extremely unhappy with my representative, I have tried to keep her in the loop of everything going on I sent her text messages telling her to follow up with the independent contractor and 2 days later on the day before Christmas Eve she asked me if they give me a copy. I informed her they told me to follow up with ins co and she ask me for the report. No follow up on her end. Extremely disappointed
