Great experience! Employees actually know their stuff. The tall fish guy helped and saved me hundreds of dollars fixing a parasite issue. I enjoy coming here specially always feel welcomed and the store is clean and stocked!
Shopped here for the first time a few days ago. Terrific store - neat, clean, easy to shop. Their prices seem better than some other stores. And the young woman at the checkout was excellent. Super helpful and friendly. I’ll be back!
We love coming here to shop for our cats. The store is so clean, and organized. Always easy to find exactly what we are looking for. Like most places, they have a rewards program that offers discounts on stuff we were going to buy anyway. Even with all that, the best part of the store is the friendly staff. Every single staff member I have come in contact with has been knowledgeable and friendly. They are never too busy to answer a question, or simply give a smile. They also let you interact with the cats and kittens that are available for adoption. If we didn't already have 2, we would DEFINITELY consider adopting from this store. Thank you guys for being great, and caring about animals as much as we do!!
Jessica was a tremendous help and even though she was doing 10 things at once she kept her composure and smile. Jessica was very informative with my 7 year old son and made sure he had the kindest companion possible. Thank you Jessica, management, and Petco!!! For sure will recommend and be back.
