Amazing staff! In one visit I was finally diagnosed properly. I had been in pain foe over 11 days and was told I just had muscle spasms. When I arrived at at DR. Gangavalli he was able get my MRI and schedule surgery. I was free of pain in 2 days! His staff checked on my in hospital and made sure I was taking care of! I adore him and his staff. Thank you for everything DR. G!!!!!!

I went here for a simple second opinion. Nothing was done to me. This was in September and I paid my bill. Now I am getting another bill for over 1,000 for the first time saying it’s past due etc etc. what a scam. I also cannot get ahold of anyone from billing and have been calling non stop for days. Considering getting a lawyer so this does not go to collections. Avoid at all costs

0 STARS, HAVING INTENSE PAIN STILL AFTER SEEING THESE PEOPLE 4 WEEKS AGO. CALLED FOR A FOLLOWUP. GOT SCHEDULED LAST WEEK FOR TODAY, 2/11 FOR 430PM. I SAW A MISSED CALL FROM THIS OFFICE ON , 2/09 I CALLED THEM (AS ALWAYS) GOT VOICE MAIL. I TOLD THEM I WILL BE THERE FOR MY FRIDAY APPOINTMENT, AND I SAW THE MISSED CALL. I TOLD THEM IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM TO CALL ME BACK. THE FIRST TIME I LEFT VOICEMAIL TO GET AN APPOINTMENT 4 WEEKS AGO, I GOT A CALL BACK TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. NEXT DAY THEY CALLED ME AGAIN TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, I TOLD THE OPERATOR I ALREADY HAVE ONE.THEY SEEM VERY UNORGANIZED! I ARRIVED TODAY STILL IN PAIN, FOR TODAY'S APPOINTMENT, THE GIRL AT THE DESK STATED MY DOCTOR WAS IN SURGERY CANT SEE ME NO CALL TO INFORM ME OF THIS. THEY TOLD ME HE ONLY IS IN THIS OFFICE ON FRIDAY. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE, FIRST TIME I WAS THERE THE PLACE WAS VERY CROWDED SEEMED TO ME LIKE A PATIENT FACTORY MILL...I AM DONE WITH THIS PLACE, I SUGGEST IF YOU NEED HELP GO ELSEWHERE!

Dr. Ghany fixed my hand up perfectly. I like how calm he is. I think he is from the islands. I loved his bedside manner and how he wanted to first try conservative methods before anything else. We eventually did carpal tunnel release, but he waited until I was comfortable and ready. Now that's a good doctor! I came to see Dr. Ghany in Plantation office but I've also seen him in the Boca Raton office. Font desk ladies are great. Thank you!

I'm so excited to share my experience of Dr. GANGAVALLI. He is the ABSOLUTE best surgeon out there. I came here with back pains, had them for years. He told me exactly what was wrong. And gave ME the choice to choose if i wanted to have surgery or try other options first. Once we exhausted all non surgical methods, i decided on the surgery. My spinal fusion was the BEST thing i've done in years. It's healing so nicely and im doing things that i love again. I highly recommend him!!!!!!
