like
Visited the location last week with my daughter. Lori the sales rep was very informative and welcoming. Loved the sleek and updated look in kitchen and bathrooms. The garage and drive way were also amazing for the price. Club house and fitness center very accessible. Only thing I didn’t like was not being able to put fencing in backyard vs open yard concept. Would be a potential buyer in the future if this is changed.
It looked very clean and safe to live in.
Strata is a very nice place to live! We had sales presentation two weeks ago, kitchen and design in general is very modern. Lori was very helpful in the process.
We have such an amazing experience living here at Strata! Our experience started with the sales office, staff was very friendly and took great care of us, giving we are first time home buyers. Community always looks safe and clean, and with the baby on the way, we couldn't be happier
