This is the worst property management company eveeeerrr!!! The trash at our apartment complex has been overflowing for the past 2 weeks now.. we finally got new...well USED washer and dryer after they were broken for over 3 years. (Oh yeah they also raised the price when they added the long overdue washer and dryer) You call them, if you get lucky that someone answers they tell you they will \file a case\ which neveeeer gets handled. When they come to cut the grass the lawnmowers leave a mess and the porch stained with green grass and dirt. There are holes in the community garden where rats live. Many of the resident have told them countless times to do something about it and NOTHING! and to make matters worse they just raised the property management services FOR NO REAL IMPROVEMENTS IN OUR A LIVING AREA... SIMPLY THE WORST! RESPONSE: PICKING UP THE TRASH IS A BASIC NEED YOUR COMPANY SHOULD BE DOING!!! If you do not take requests from the tenants then why LIE when the tenants call with an issue?? You did not address any of the issues besides the fact that you want to get paid more... why? When you are not taking care of anything besides cutting the grass and leaving a mess behind after the grass is cut?? You are not even doing the basic needs required.

It's true you can't please everyone- especially when it comes to where you reside but Wesley and the team at TD Sunshine work diligently to resolve issues and try to be proactive. I often recommend them to people looking for new management companies.
