My unit was severely damaged by the negligent actions of this board and management company when it comes to the complex maintenance..btw and now they tell me I’m responsible for repairing my unit from their obvious negligence..Beware of the roof over your head.. if I posed the pictures of the condition of the roof over my unit that was emergency repaired after I had at my cost assessed would disgust anyone paying monthly dues in this complex...Jeff where are our dues going? Why are residents complaining of the condition and maintenance of the complex?Why has this board let the roof of certain buildings deteriorate to the point where it’s condition is appalling? Btw u live over that roof!! I would like answers as I would imagine others would too
I was looking for townhouses in Broward, and this association does not take care of the units here. All the townhomes look old and kind of destroyed. Almost looks like there's corruption where they probably funnel the money and no maintenance is ever done to those units. Will never live here in this condition.
I am selecting a one star because there is no option for no Stars. This association and complex is the worse I have seen. Their maintenance crew drop a box of screws on the road. The screws ended up on the tires of my 4 cars. I spoke to the property manager and she close the door on me and blamed someone else for it. They also removed my gutters by mistake it has been 6 months and they have not replace them this is the worse I am looking for legal option to go after them.
Great place to live. I have lived here for 11 years. Nice and peaceful.
