My husband and I went to see Dr. Wiesenthal because we needed eye exams, sunglasses and readers. We were welcomed right away by his kind employees. The ladies are simply wonderful, attentive, very kind and they kept a smile on their faces during the entire process. Dr. Wiesenthal was gentle, communicative and willing to take his time with us. His wife, Ely has a knack for looking at your face and immediately knowing which frame will fit you best. How does she do it?! They spent a long time with us and yet they never stopped smiling! Best customer service you could ask for! We highly recommend Dr. Wiesenthal, his wife Ely and the staff. They are the best in the business!!

Ely and Dr. Wiesenthal are amazing. I’ve been coming to Wise Eyes since 2005 when I moved from New York. For some reason no other optometrist were answering their phones while I was searching. They did, and won’t go anywhere else no matter what. From being single, to now having a wife and kids who now ritually come and to get our eyes “serviced” annually, we really appreciate the quality of service they offer. From quality of customer care to expertise with the exams and prescriptions, to choosing the perfect frames and lenses are unmatched by anyone I’ve ever visited prior to committing my self to Wise Eyes. They are in a business that truly amplifies their passion and caring towards us and everyone who walks through their doors. Wether you’re local or not, it’s worth every penny of gas/time to be a part of an amazing family business.

Dr. Wisenthal and Eli are incredible. Always there when you need them, they arranged a time slot so I could come in and have my eyes examined by opening up early on a Friday morning. Greeting me with a smile, Dr. Wisenthal always patient and very informative with a thorough exam making me feel comfortable. A few days later I had to return, the magnetic clip on failed they again greeted me with a smile. With no questions they ordered a new frame and replaced the faulty one. Just wanted to say thank you both to Dr. Wisenthal and Eli for being so wonderful.

Dr. Martin and Ely Wiesenthal have always treated me like family. I really miss the hugs with this covid thing going on. The Doctor has always provided thorough exams that produce the most accurate prescriptions with “dead on” optical centers, something the optical chain stores cannot always do. Do your new glasses make you feel like you are looking at the world from inside a fishbowl? The chain store will say “You will get used to them” (True story). Dr. Wiesenthal has been making my eyeglasses for over 25 years and will make them for another 25 (if I am still above ground). Thank you, Dr. Martin and Ely for all the years of “PERSONAL SERVICE”!!!
