Went in with a simple request and he made me just what I needed in a matter of minutes. Couldn't ask for more than that. He cut a piece of translucent white plastic to fit my enlarger condenser holder - the glass condenser elements were damaged in shipping so now its a diffusion enlarger.
I just called them and got very nice help and honest advice. He was a great person.
