Excellent experience. The staff and surroundings are warm, friendly, and professionally welcoming. Dr, Gibbs has a way of being direct and explicit with explanations for uncomfortable procedures while being supportive in a way that let's you know that he will get the best possible outcome possible given the circumstances. I am healing well with the exact result predicted for my situation. I truly appreciate how well I was treated from start to finish. It's my good fortune to have met and been treated by Dr. Gibbs. We are lucky to have him practicing here.

Life with Leah

I have been seeing Dr.Cole for years and multiple treatments. He was such a good provider. I always had great lasting results. Unfortunately Dr. Cole left so I went and saw Dr. Lex for a Botox treatment. Dr. Lex was nkt very personable. The treatment was so uncomfortable, he was very rough and seems as though he rushed through my visit. I left with my face in pain. Later that day I noticed a small bruise under my eye which over the following days turned into. Complete black eye, this lasted over a week. This also caused me to cancel some photo work I had scheduled. The results were not good and I ended up going to see someone else in town for a treatment only weeks after. I had contacted the office and sent photos. Dr. Lex did not take accountability and was extremely rude nor did they try and compensate me or fix this. I suggest going elsewhere.

Dr. Boettcher was very professional. But Missy was so unprofessional and never returned my phone calls. I recommend talking with someone else to schedule your surgery with!
