Even though all the signs say everyone must wear masks, including employees, they do not enforce masks. Employees have masks around their chin and people coming in do the same thing. Very disappointing. I won’t go back.

Recently moved to Platte City and am constantly getting mail that does not belong to us, but others at different addresses. It makes me wonder how many important pieces of mail we have not gotten. Every time I have tried to call and talk to someone about this I am on hold for 30 minutes and no one ever answers. I will be contacting someone above this branch to try and change this, apparently this is an issue others have around here as well.
I am rather disappointed in this post office. I got a new carrier about 6 months ago and apparently she still cannot get my mail right. I even have my name on the INSIDE of the mailbox. Nothing is more irritating than getting the wrong mail because the carrier cannot look at the names on the inside of the mailbox.
Other post offices in the KC area do not charge 50.00 as a service fee for passports like this one does. I paid 170.00 to expedite my passport plus 50.00 to this center for unknown reasons.
We were in the neighborhood and wanted passport renewed for my wife, 20mins that’s all it took to finish processing, they are so efficient, now we are thinking about moving closer to this city \u200d️ knowledgeable and efficient staff
