The salesperson was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. After purchasing they were quick to set up an installation appointment which went very smoothly. My kids love the play set and even though we had it installed at a relatives house they play there almost daily.

I ordered the playground set during the pandemic and as a result there were delays in shipping but Playground Warehouse kept me abreast of the situation. They also helped me find a set that would fit in the small area I had available. The installation was seamless and I’m very happy with the quality of the materials.
Playground Warehouse is awesome! They have a great selection and variety of sets to match any yard and the swingsets are top quality. The service was phenomenal and everything was delivered and assembled as promised! I highly recommend them and ask for James Baratone! He was super responsive and helpful with the whole process.

James took his time explaining things to me, emailing me sketch on what would look like at the house. Very Very patient. I tend to ask a lot of questions. We even took a grand child over to test it out to figure which height set we wanted. Installer was very very good as well, we placed ours on a putting green that we don't use, he centered it and adjusted it to be level ........ just an awesome overall experience....
They were easy to reach and scheduled my appointment even sooner than expected. The installers were very efficient.
