Good pricing. The only problem is that they often are out of stock on some things, mainly being Squid industries Balisongs and other popular models, which knife center has. Other than that, they have the best website which is easy to use, 5/5.

Last December I only had one knife but after seeing the Blade HQ YouTube show It inspired me to buy a knife from them. Now a year later & I've got over 50 knives! I love the edc world & this hobbie. BHQ is my favorite knife store & I encourage everyone to check it out.
ZERO CUSTOMER CARE. Dropped 150 on two knives and have yet to receive them after10 days of waiting. Called customer service and got the ole "Sorry for your luck" canned response. Claim they can't take any action until 7-days past USPS posted delivery date. Well, they also know that USPS keeps extending the delivery date because USPS has no clue how to deliver packages; which translates to B-HQ doesn't have to do a darn thing...sorry for your luck! Guess they have enough customers, because they certainly don't give a rat's butt about losing one. They got their money from the transaction and absolutely don't care about whether or not the customer gets their purchase. Disappointing to say the least.
There are better places to buy knives from. I've placed a few orders here and almost every single one has had either a qc issue or a shipping issue. Additionally their prices are high and sales often misleading. Some sleazy tactics being used here so just better off to avoid altogether. I've also had orders cancelled days after they have been placed for a "pricing mistake" so even if you do find a decent deal you likely won't get it in the end
What an absolutely amazing company! Customer service is second to none! Absolutely phenomenal! Trey, thank you for the free upgraded shipping for this Service Member! I love doing business in person but this is the next best thing. I highly recommend this company, the upgraded shipping allowed me to get my knife in time before heading back to Afghanistan. Never been to the building myself. But ive ordered from them. I 100% would recommend buying all of your knives from them. But sadly there are a few balisong producers that dont sell through blade hq. I live in utah so I might check it out sometime. Thank you to the founders and employees for making knives so easily accessible
Blade HQ in Pleasant Grove, Utah sells knives they advertise as "Country of Origin USA", that are Made In Taiwan. Their response is "sorry"...that's it. They don't agree to change the specification on their website to reflect the true Country of Origin. Buyer BEWARE. The knife you thought was Made in USA, is Made in Taiwan (small print on the box it arrives in). Flat out deceptive.
Bought a microtech combat troodon delta from them, shipped the next day and received it the following day after. When I opened the box the knife had not one blemish. Overly happy about my purchase and will buy again from bladehq
