Worst people you could ever do business with!!! Ms Eddy is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever met, Super unethical! They force new customers to pay the bill of previous property owners. We bought the house & couldNot turn the water on until we paid the old owners past due bill. Completely illegal!!! Dealing with her was like working with a 5 year old & trying to make sense of things. Completely ignorant

A water pipe broke somewhere in the city YESTERDAY and I have been without running water for almost 24 hours now....and no word whatsoever on when I can expect this to be fixed! Thank you for rendering 1/2 of Pleasant Hill, MO completely uninhabitable, Public Water District No 5! This is not the first time this has happened, either. I will be moving out of Pleasant Hill in April and I'm not going to lie, the numerous occasions where \a pipe has burst somewhere\ that has resulted in me going 2-3 days without water has been a MAJOR factor in my decision to move! If you're moving into Pleasant Hill, investigate if your water service will be through the city itself or with this company....and if you find out Public Water District No 5 will be managing your water, DON'T MOVE THERE!!
Just reiterating what Jon said. This is so frustrating! No website, no bill pay, can't pay with a debit/credit card. Seriously?!
This water district has no online presence. They do not accept any debit card payments.
