Highly recommend! Staff is so friendly and accommodating and they do a great job of communicating. I appreciate that it provides an "all-in-one" service so you don't need to search around for different providers of grooming, daycare, vet, etc. I have a yorkie and take him to daycare and grooming so far and he loves it - I like the report card updates :)

This place is AMAZING for Dog families. I have a 15 week old puppy and have been looking into daycare options. I’ve toured a few places and it wasn’t until I toured yesterday that I felt I found the right place. I have a smaller guy so I’d been protective and weary. The manager not only took time to show me the ins and outs of the facility(most won’t even let you passed the front desk) but also took 45 minutes of his time on a busy morning to answer all my questions and concerns and I had a ton. He truly went the extra mile and it was more than appreciated. When he passed me off to the front desk I was met with another friendly face and the entire process was just made me feel comfortable and important. Not just another sale. You have a new puppy academy family in us. Keep up the good work Guys!!

Great new place. I take my two dogs there and they are exhausted upon pick up. I have sent 3 friends there whose dogs also have started going multiple times per week. They will weigh your dogs if you are monitoring or looking for your pet to lose weight. It's so easy to also have the the staff sign the dogs up for toe nail clips or the dremel which my dogs prefer. The dogs wait at the door each morning hoping to go to play with their friends. Theresa, Donald and the front staff are amazing with the dogs. We plan on boarding as soon as travel comes back on the radar.

I had an amazing experience at Pleasant Paws! Such friendly and wonderful staff! My Great Dane had an amazing time during his doggy day care session and his bath afterwards. Now he keeps begging me to drop him off again! I would strongly encourage people to try this place out its one of a kind!!

My labs love going to daycare!! The whole process was very smooth and easy. The staff made me feel at home with all their experience. So happy my labs have a safe professional place to have fun!!! They also have grooming which we have used as well :) They have it all!

The boarding facility is par excellent with no competition in the tri-state area. In addition to the facilities, the compassion, the empathy and the team offers the best in class service!! Fabulous new pet facility in Newtown! Building is brand new, clean and bright and staff are friendly and helpful. Our Beaglier loves going to daycare there!
