To say that they go above and beyond is an understatement. Russ is extremely informative and I appreciate that he wants make sure I am knowledgeable with the work that is being performed. His staff is exceptional. Tyler came on the day scheduled and completed the work in great time and was respectful. Even his office manager Melissa is amazing. She will not only make sure that all your questions are answered, make you feel a part of the family, but she will even come out and do the work for you as well. Quite an all around amazing team Russ is lucky to have. I will be having him come out and do more work for me this Spring. Thank you Environmental Team you guys Rock!!!

They did it again!!!! Had Nick over to do an air duct cleaning and couldn't be more impressed with the level of professionalism and workmanship. It was a change to be able to be shown the before and after pictures. If you need this done these are the guys.

Ryan and Tyler stopped by for a whole-house duct-cleaning, and did a fantastic job. They were incredibly professional and courteous the entire time, explained the work they were going to do and what was needed, and showed me before and after pictures to compare -- the difference was night-and-day. Glad I called!

Russ and Tyler were great and exemplified the three 'P's we look for in service personnel: Professional, Prompt, and Price! They took care of us in record time, Russ knows everything there is to know about chimneys, and they were far more economical than another quote we received. We would not even think about engaging with another company if the need arrives and Tyler will forever be our Mary Poppins chimney sweep!

They were quick to respond to our initial phone call, flexible with scheduling a time for both the estimate and the work we hired them to complete. Russ was exceptionally educational about any questions and concerns that we had about our fireplace, not only with the work that needed to be done, but also in how to use our fireplace properly.
