If you like to speak with outsourced reps and get gouged on paying multiple times for medical equipment shop here. In my instance they waited until they accumulated 3 months of \fees\ then conveniently sent me my first statement dated 4 months later. When I called I got to spend over 7 hours and many day's of frustration over the phone, and still no resolution. I offered to send the equipment back and they still want full payment although my insurance providers have been double charged by them and Apria kept the money and want me to pay them an additional 700 for equipment. In total Apria has been paid far above the price of equipment and still want more.
