Hit and miss with the drivers. I poured a 23 x 64ft double wide driveway in 4 pours. The first time, I got an awesome, younger guy who went above and beyond, even grabbing a come-along and helped move the mud. Naturally, I requested him on the next pour and got him for number 2. Unfortunately, the driver I got on numbers 3 and 4 was pretty curt and made no effort to hide how much he didn't want to be there. Sat in the truck the whole time. Otherwise pleasant dealings with the company, used them for all 4 pours. Punctual on 3 out of 4, life happens. Would use them again for future pours.

This place sucks so much! Seriously, DO NOT give them your business. We ordered a concrete delivery a month in advance and then two days before the scheduled delivery they canceled on us. It was impossible to find another place to deliver that quickly. I'm surprised they even have 3 stars because they shouldn't even have one.
The lady that works there is rude, overbearing, and very obnoxious when she is on the phone. If she doesn’t like what you say she says you can cancel your order. She claims she called me twice about my order and she called at 4:15 p.m and my load was supposed to be on the job at 4:00. I had no other missed calls. I guess they think they can just treat customers any way they want because people need their concrete. She has no business manners or etiquettes. She is just very nasty.
Was passed on I35 in North KC by their mixer truck driving fast & bouncing. My vehicle was showered with dried mix off their truck. I took a picture of the rig, driver and immediately called the company about my broken windshield. Guy on the phone told me it’s road hazard and asked me how can I prove this came off their truck. Said he’d talk to owner and they would call me back. Never called me.
A Northland Ready Mix driver was driving down the middle of the road on Brighton Ave on 9/25/2020, nearly hitting my wifes SUV head on. When my wife called to let them know they had a driver that was driving unsafely, the lady on the phone was dismissive and said \it's not like he did it on purpose\. Clearly safety is not a concern for them. YOU DO NOT WANT THESE PEOPLE DRIVING IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD.
