Fantastic!!!! James helped my family get into all new watches and found out we can get internet at home finally. He was so much fun to work with, never have we been treated so great all while he was helping 4 other customers and juggling alone at his store. He had all of us out and set up within one hour plus all the other people he had. He made us feel like we made the right decision switching companies. Thank you so much James, you ROCK!!!!
Friendly staff. Nothing special about products offered. Your basic ATT store. Have had to go in multiple time for new items. James has been extremely helpful
If I could give 0 stars I would. I asked to speak to manager and he refused. I was greeted by him sitting down, only time he got up was to take a swig of his drink on the counter. The 45 minute drive to San Antonio is well worth it. Won’t ever be coming here because of Ozzie. I explained to him I was having issues and he didn’t even pretend to listen was staring at his own phone the whole time. SAVE YOUR TIME and skip this store.
