In the past 4 months I have gotten my OW, AOW, and Wreck cert all through Dive N . Every instructor I have had has been great! I have had nothing but positive experiences with the Dive N team.

I stopped by on Saturday 8/11 and the sign said the same thing. Back at 11AM. It was 3PM when I came by. Hoping the next time I have better results. Maybe I will call first. I will change my rating if and when I actually talk to someone from shop. Update 2/6/19 Been to the dive shop several times since then. Have not had that same experience where the shop was closed when it should be open. Always believe people deserve a 2nd chance. Nice shop, friendly knowledgeable staff. It is local, so I like to support my LDS.
Website said hours 11:00AM for opening. Windows said 11:00AM. Will return sign said 11:00AM. Was there from 11:20 to 11:32AM no one arrived. Another car with two people had been waiting from 11:00AM they left before I did.
When I was researching Bay Area dive shops, I was prepared to travel to San Francisco or Monterey to find the best place to train. However all the diving forums highly recommended Dive 'N Trips in Pleasanton. So far I've been very happy with the staff. Not cheap, but worth it.
