Love ️ Half Price Drapes! High-end quality & expensive designer look at an affordable price! We started our window treatment project with our master bedroom, but couldn’t stop there when we saw just how amazing these drapes are! We have recently added Half Price Drapes to all of our windows & love how it looks!!

Unfortunately HPD is UNWILLING TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE :( I ordered a supposedly matching PAIR of drapes, but one of the packages was mislabeled - it contained a drape of a different size than it said on the label. Multiple attempts to get customer service to do the right thing have resulted in nothing but frustration! The drapes themselves are nice, but a matching pair is what I ordered, need, paid for.... I have contacted them several times.

Every single pair of drapes in my home is from Half Price Drapes. The quality is phenomenal, customer service is exceptional and always friendly! For my most recent order, I ordered drapes on a Friday and received them via federal express on Sunday! The prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of the drapes!

Love the color of the Clay Faux Linen Blackout curtains. Easy to install for any style/look. Heavy and high quality curtains. I purchased 100x96 which are hard to find!

Returns and return policy is a joke. Returned goods last month and still no credit. That makes online shopping there obsolete. I expect more online.

I sent in a help ticket because I couldn't get my order to process. They called me within 15 minutes of my ticket submission! I was blown away. Lisa explained their site was having slight problems today was helpful and friendly and now I have curtains on the way to my house! I don't even have my products yet but wanted to post a review for the stellar customer service!
