I took my doggie in to be put down. It was a very sad day made an appointment for 4:00. Was told there was a cat before me but it should only be a couple of minutes. At 5:05 we finally left, no one came out again and my dog has to suffer another night because of the poor time management of this office Why make an appointment if you can’t see your customers. If there was a problem with the animal before why am I left in my car waiting in 100 degree weather and not communicated with.
