Strongly would not ever recommend the service. I highly advise anyone to get a second opinion from any different company in the surrounding area before calling or agreeing to any work performed by Jenkins. I was having a issue with my homes central heater so I called and requested a professional to take a look at it and try to figure out the problem. They sent a technician out the following afternoon and he quickly diagnosed the issue and told me it would be roughly around 400 to repair it entirely. I paid the man, & Within not even a hour later the work was finished, the heat was working again and he left paid on his way. Not even two weeks later the same issue occurred, so I contacted them requesting them to come fix it since I already paid them 400 for it not even two weeks ago and it failed again. All for them to send a different less qualified employee out charge me another 140 service charge just to look at the same very heater again. Within 10 minutes he gave up, couldn’t fix the issue called his boss and left. He then later called me back and tried to tell me my heating unit is unsafe to operate and tried to sell me on getting a whole new heating system installed by them for roughly around 10,000 after taking already 500 from me for nothing to be working still. I called another service provider in the area, he came and fixed it. It’s working fine not even a 200 charge. Don’t be a fool and fall pretty to these sketchy con artists
