Do not engage with this company. They are extremely unprofessional and very unethical. We sent them artwork and requested a quote for a display. After MANY emails almost begging for a quote we received a quote that was extremely high. They asked for us to send a contract along with our credit card information. I gave them the contract and provided credit card information and they said that we will not charge the card until we agree on a design. After MANY MANY emails we were not agreeing on where to start with the creation of the display. Their prices were quite high, so we lost touch with the company for over a month and a half. Next thing I see is a charge on my bank account from this company. I then received an email with a picture of a display they created. My jaw dropped because first we never agreed on when to start, dimensions, and primarily costs. Shipping fees were very important to us so I asked repeatedly about shipping fees and all I got was the runaround. My partner and I are currently trying to communicate with the company. We have called 7 times, sent 5 emails .. and counting and no callback or reply. I have NEVER EVER dealt with a company so unethical. STAY AWAY from doing business with them. They have no accountability and 0 customer service.
