I love browsing this store. I lived all my life in Alexandria, VA and never heard of this company, which is based out of VA. They have awesome things. I was a home owner of townhouse for 17 years in VA so we bought PA house with a big yard and now I finally have a place to find things to decorate new home. Salespeople don't bother me. I'm not one of those annoying customers that likes to ask a multitude of questions. I like to browse in silence!

I received a call from the manager after he had reached out to his supervisor to see if there was anything they could do to help me out. I really appreciate this effort and I'm very please with the solution to my issue and they were very generous.
