After months of going to every other dmv, the manager here was able to help me with every question I had , even went as far as to print the document I would need and show me what needs to be done for my difficult situation . Thank you
Unsatisfactory customer service yesterday at this location not once but two different times. Was told I would need approval for a check because they had never cashed for the company and it was out of state and they do approvals at 8am. The location told me they would take a copy of check to call and verify check authenticty and they would give me a call back around 8ish. I let 2 hours go by before calling there office and they forgot to call the bank and get approval because they told me theyd have to call back in ten minutes. Twenty minutes go by and finally get a call the the check is approved for cashing. I go back to the location and no notes are saved in my file so the teller asks me the same questions and states the check needs to be verified but then i told her they already had a copy and got it verified and thats why i had returned. After she enters in the information she informs me that it will be about 98 but didnt explain how much the check cashing percents on a check that was not a payroll check. I also expressed that the teller who helped me at 7 am told me it would be 99 before the approval and then with approval the amount would go down. The new teller at 11am tells me that it was 98 and when i asked why it hadnt gone down she said it went down to 98. So insulted i asked for the manager she puts in her code and boom 71 is now what ill be paying. Still no rates or anything explained for cashing this type of check. Terrible service if I wouldn't have followed up with them im sure my check wouldn't have even gotten approved.
