Laurie and Plumb Pooches was a miracle find for us!!! I had to leave town on short notice (very short notice, 3 days) and our dog Chance had never been boarded. I was nervous because he is very aggressive in his protection of our home. Outside our home, he is loving, usually shy and/nervous, but has never shown any signs of aggressiveness. Laurie spent time with him and evaluated whether it would be a good fit for him to board there. Her experience, knowledge and committment shine through immediately (you can read about her many years of experience on her website). She is professional, and she has a calmness about her that helps calm you, and any concerns or fears you may be having. She is very loving towards the animals and it took very little time for Chance to be comfortable and trusting around her. Laurie answered every one of my texts, checking on our pup while I was gone, and she did it rather quickly too!! She assured me of his well being and gave me his progress regularly. I am grateful, beyond measure, that I have found a safe, loving place for Chance to go to play with her pack, or if I need to board him, because having someone come to our home to care for him is not an option. If you need a place for your dogs, to play for a day, or for boarding, (Chance stayed with her for 5 days!) I highly recommend you go to Laurie and Plumb Pooches for those needs. You will not be disappointed!
