Plumber Near Me was there for us when our builder's plumbing subcontractor was closed for the weekend. Jeffrey was our technician and I was very impressed with his professionalism, kindness and experience. He diagnosed and solved the issue of our sewage drain being clogged. Jeffrey provided excellent service and education. I would absolutely use this company again on future plumbing related issues. 5/5 stars!

Jeff Smith was the technician/plumber that came out to diagnose and service/repair my issue. Jeff was thorough and knowledgeable with his diagnosis and approach. He checked several possible scenarios before determining that my shower handle cassette was broken and thus leaking, and that my rubber drain seal in the shower floor had dry rotted, causing it to leak down into my 1st floor bathroom ceiling and floor. Jeff game me a fair and accurate quote, returned the next day, on time, with all parts necessary to make the repairs, and did a phenomenal job. This is my second time using Plumber Near Me, and I’m giving them and Jeff a 5 star recommendation.
