Great place!!! Quick and efficient service. I was worried going into the location if they will find the replacement parts and I was assisted and saved hundreds of dollars by repairing my own shower kit. Strongly recommend!!!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff here. They've helped us shop for bath fixtures and they've gotten me out of a couple of jams while doing my own plumbing repairs. They are also configured now for a safe shopping experience which I prefer compared to a large hardware or homey D store.
This place packs a lot of bang for your buck into a small store. It is not quite a showroom in the sense that they do not have cohesive looks on display. They do have tons of items individually on display that give you a lot to look at. Most of the stuff needs to be ordered, but it is a great place with friendly staff who all seemed ready to help out anytime you need it!
As a contractor I go to PPP for my plumbing needs. The sales force is knowledgeable on plumbing parts and has a nice showroom to send customers to for ideas!!
