I contacted Dennis after finding the second bat in my home in under three years. I read reviews of several potential Batproofing services and contacted five of them. Dennis was one of three who responded, and he responded very quickly. He came out within a couple of days and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was straightforward and I didn't feel like I was getting a sales pitch at all like I had with others. He gave me an accurate quote and completed the work as soon as he was able. His work was thorough, and I feel so much better knowing the bats are no longer residing in my home and safely finding a home elsewhere. I'd recommend Dennis to anyone, he has a ton of experience and uses high quality materials when working on your home.

I called Dennis on a Saturday after having seen a bat in my house the night before. He quickly located and removed the bat. A week or so later he came back to seal off potential bat entry points into the house. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and he guarantees his work.

Dennis came out to our home, did a thorough investigation of the areas of entry and provided information about the bats and remedies. He provided estimate and times available to complete the job. He is professional and concerned about perfection on the installation. I highly recommend him for bat proofing and removal of guano and sanitizing. We had both projects done in segments due to weather. He may not be the cheapest, but you GET WHAT You pay for. Worth the money and the wait.
